Our success is primarily a resultant of our continuous commitment towards achieving excellence in timely and efficient execution of various contracts. Incentives and bonuses for early completion was quite an unknown phenomena in hydro power contracts and we have been the only company to be awarded incentives and bonuses at various projects for early completion of contracts.

The company recently commissioned one of the largest vertical lift gates in the world. The Company has recently secured the work order of highest amount in its history so far for hydro mechanical works contract (package IV) of kameng H.E. project, Arunachal Pradesh from NEEPCO worth Rs. 236 crores and of 120 MW SEWA H.E. power project (J & K) from NHPC. Today Company’s fresh order booking position with the award of these contracts together with order under execution crosses a Rs.450 crore mark

To name a few, we are the only company been awarded an incentive of more than 28% of the total contract value for early completion of the contract at Kurichu H.E. Project in treacherous and mountainous terrain of Bhutan, 450 km from the Indian Border by National Hydro Electric Power Corporation (NHPC). Likewise, we have also been awarded incentives / bonuses at Rangit H.E. Project – Sikkim , Upper Krishna Project - Almatti Dam among others.

Our excellence in the early and efficient execution of contracts has resulted in bestowed confidence of our clients where projects are funded by International Agencies like World Bank. Even without an incentive or bonus, we have recently completed the works of replacement of 70 nos. gates on a 55 year old single barrage being life line of twin cities, Guntur and Vijaywada, without any hindrance and ahead of schedule by deploying our experienced manpower and equipment thereby reducing our overhead costs and making execution of contracts more profitable.
